🔄 Return & Refund Policy – ARINE

At ARINE, every t-shirt is made on demand — printed, packed, and shipped after your order is placed.
Since each product is custom-made, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

However, if you’ve received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.


🧵 Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or misprinted.

  • You received a wrong design, size, or color from what you ordered.

  • There’s a quality issue or a manufacturing defect.


📸 How to Request a Replacement

To raise a replacement request:

  1. Email us at thearine25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Attach unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging (We suggest you to send us unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product within 2-3 days).

  3. Mention your order number and a short description of the problem.

Once verified, we’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partner (Qikink) and ship a free replacement of the same item.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns or replacements if:

  • The issue is due to customer error (wrong size selected, address errors, etc.).

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered after delivery.

  • The complaint is raised after 7 days of receiving the order.


💸 Refunds

Since ARINE products are print-on-demand, we currently do not process refunds.
Refunds are only applicable if:

  • A replacement product is unavailable.

  • The order is cancelled before printing begins.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🚚 Order Cancellations

Once your order has entered the printing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.
For early cancellations (within a few hours of ordering), please contact us immediately at thearine25@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help.
